Sauna Therapy a Boutique Mental Health Studio in Dallas, Texas
The Sauna Therapist Vibes
Hi there! I’m Gracie, an LPC-Associate in the state of Texas. I have experience working in higher levels of care, where I’ve supported individuals navigating complex mental health challenges with compassion and intention. I hold two master’s degrees—one in Psychology from the University of Dallas and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Texas A&M University—which shape my comprehensive, integrative approach to therapy.
Our Anxiety & Mood Therapy
My primary areas of focus include complex trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, and body image distress. I also have experience working with individuals facing OCD, anxiety, and severe depression. In addition to individual work, I enjoy providing relational therapy and working with couples and families to foster understanding, strengthen communication, and build more supportive connections. I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood as you move through your healing process.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in the belief that each person’s story deserves to be honored and witnessed. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate somatic-based practices to support reconnection with the body and processing of experiences that may feel difficult to put into words. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you clarify what matters most and move toward a life aligned with your values.
Clients often experience my style as fluid, thoughtful, and direct. I may offer between-session reflections or practices tailored to what we’ve explored together, with the goal of helping you apply insights from therapy to your everyday life. I also value naming patterns and moments of discomfort as they arise in session, as this can deepen awareness and strengthen our collaborative work.
I understand that reaching out can be one of the hardest steps and I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
